Traditionally,before engaging in body smoking, you apply perfume oil all over your body[aside the face] by rubbing it just like you apply cream but don't use too much as it gives really strong fragrance, a little goes a long way, then proceed to sitting on the stool for dukhaan[body smoking].
This is optional but very effective as it aids a very long lasting fragrance and smoothening of the skin. You can also do perfume bath oil with it. how? when you take your bath at night,get a bucket of water[like quater way full of it],and then put few drops of the oils about 3-5 depending on how strong you want it,then pour the water all over your body[do not dry with towel], let it air dry and you'll smell amazing!
