Dilka is a Sudanese body scrub that leaves the body soft, smooth and glowing.

✔️This dilka from NaturelBliss is specially made from Sudan. It’s made by molding potatoes into ball, which is wrapped in a cloth and smoked with the dukhaan treatment, this gives a nice fragrant scent and when dried, broken into chunks.(As you can see in the image). Women typically use this body scrub twice or thrice in a week as it helps to remove dead skin, promotes blood circulation, and nourishes and re-hydrates the skin.

Potato has tremendous benefits on skin and it also naturally lighten the skin.


Dukhaan is mostly practiced by the Sudanese provinces in which the body is smoked with a special scented species wood. It has many purported health benefits such as;
